    For sunday so for breakfast butter toast then for lunch some pasta for dinner anything that includes meat btw u wont need a

    No kids u should have all the fat stuff on a saturday on saturday u could have chips meat burger with salad and sauce for dinner for lunch u could have noodles then for breakfast toast with nutella and for drink u could have a diluted drink and btw u won't need a pudding

    Id suggest this for kids so kids do this is in the morning drink some water and cereal with no chocolate in it then for lunch a fruit and a healthy sandwich then for dinner some fish if u dont like fish then your could have chicken and salad if u dont like salad have it with a vegetable u like then for pudding a natural yogurt fat free yogurt if u want
