Hi, you are a very nice lady. I wanted grow my own soy bean sprout. However the beans I get from the shop that are treated and GMO, as the result they are either rotting or grow very spindly and screw like .

how do you store them after the 5 days of growth? do you need to keep them in the refrigerator or do they have to be eaten right away? how long do they last before they go spoiled if you don't eat them all right away?
