What kinda cord do I need for the optical out? That's on the 08 Bose system! I'm trying to hook up Bose DVD and CD player to a regular LG CD DVD player because door is broke on Bose system 321 but I keep getting no disk! Can this be done?or am I stuck just watching TV and FM radio? If you know how to bypass the issue please email me or leave a message here I'll keep checking! But Walmart won't return after 90, days Thanks Deb

Ok I must have been a real dummy.  I didn't know that the Optical cable had a cap on it you needed to pull off before inserting.  Couldn't figure out why it wouldn't attach. Thank you for this video.

    Hello

I am a bit noob at this, and therefore I am asking here. I just bought the LG Oled 55" (B6V)

And I do also have the Sony BDV-E4100 with only 1 HDMI OUT (Arc)

I do actually not know what to do in order to get sound from the speakers. I am using a chromecast as well.

    – Andreas. I hope you can help me out! 🙂

Update: It works with Blue Ray disc in the blu ray player. I just wanna get the sound on chromecast as well?

Using my Optical Cable to connect my samsung tw-j5500 to my LG 55" Smart tv… It will play audio into the speakers for about 3 minutes or so before the speakers drop out to a different source (in this case, they switch to USB source) Not sure why? Is it a tv setting or speaker setting that is causing this?

I just bought a innovative iv-12 sound system but I've never seen how the back is compared to other systems. even on the manual it shows a standard connection were each of the speakers plug in, but on the actual sub it's just got 2 big holes(black an red, positive an negative, that screw in). if anyone knows how this is supposed to hook up it'd be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys, really really need help with my Logitech speakers. I used to use them via the headphone jack to TV, but my new TV does not have a headphone jack anymore, I don't understand why they don't put them on every new tv now :(, it was so simple and easy.

My Logitech speakers are the Z623 and the inputs on it are headphone jack and a red and white rca input labeled 'AUX', whereas yours says 'STEREO.
My TV is a PANASONIC LED/LCD VIERA and it has (AV IN) component st3 'R and L' AUDIO these are coloured red and white. I also have three others next to it which are red, blue and yellow and labelled PR/CR, PB/CB …..etc. I have only two HDMI connections with one having an (ARC) label under it, they are both in use, with my ps4 and apple tv. Lastly I have a DIGITAL AUDIO OUT connection.

If someone could please help me out in how I can connect my Logitech pc speakers to this TV. I've tried so many things so many settings on the TV and buying all sorts of cables with nothing working. I'd really appreciate any simple help. Thanks.
